[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest Results insert

Well, no - I didn't say they were wasted, I said I was amazed to see so 
much space devoted to tables of results in RadCom.  In the sense that I 
was surprised that the editor was convinced to do it.
Being a contest enthusiast, myself I was personally quite happy to see 
it there, but I can see a non contest oriented readers point of view as 
well.
