[UK-CONTEST] FT-MP-Mk-V / Micro KEYER II / Win-Test / RTTY - help?

Is there any kind soul on here who uses an FT-MP-Mk-V / MicroHAM Keyer II /
Win-Test (with MMTTY) for RTTY operation who would let me give them a call
on the landline so they can talk me through on what exactly the set-up
should be? Despite the plethora of material on this topic on both the
Win-Test and MicroHAM web-sites I just can't get my RTTY set-up to TRANSMIT.
It receives the stuff OK, but when I go to transmit the red 'line' light on
the MicroHAM Keyer II goes out (but neither the PTT nor the FSK light comes
on - I assume they are supposed to?) and the rig does not go to transmit.

 

Yes, I have installed EXTFSK into the MMTTY (which I believe is necessary?)

 

For last weekend's CQWW RTTY Contest I used a Tigertronics RTTY unit. It
only has two leads : it couldn't be simpler. One lead goes into the radio
and the other into the laptop. Bingo. RX'ing and TX'ing RTTY in two minutes
flat. But this MicroHAM Keyer II set-up is proving somewhat more
challenging!
