[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest

The RSGB 21/28 MHz contest takes place from 0700 - 1900 UTC
on Sunday 5th October.

There are CW, SSB and Mixed sections, with Open, Restricted
and QRP categories.

  UK Entrants - use the "RSGB 21/28, UK" template.

Work non-UK only.  Send 59(9) + Serial + district code.
Receive 59(9) + Serial.

file to 2128.logs at rsgbhfcc.org.
