Hello again Peter,
You're right. My latest BR68 booklet (Of 178 Rev 0) shows Albania as CEPT.
But the CEPT web-site does not.
Over to you Bob (G3PJT) - maybe you can clarify?
If it is CEPT I might take a quick trip down there!
There are other inconsistencies: BR68 shows Russia and Vatican City, for 
example, as CEPT (T/R 61-01) but erodoc says 'not implemented'.
It's a mess and we travellers do really WANT to stick to the rules, so the 
rules need to be clear-cut. Surely the CEPT (ero) web-site is the gold 
standard?
