No probs Nigel...I have no wish to impinge on your personal preferences!  

Some folks 'sing' their call letters or phonetics together sometimes.  The 
called station then asks for a repeat and they do the same thing.  I know, it's 
preaching to the converted here really anyway.  The same folk often don't 
correct their call when the called station gets it wrong and complete the Q 
regardless.  It does make you wonder at times :>)
