I did not notice the comment about equipment in your log.
The results will be revised accordingly.

As a note for next year...
RESTRICTED or OPEN should be included in the Cabrillo header.  If this is 
put in the CATEGORY: or CATEGORY-OVERLAY: lines, the software picks it up. 
Otherwise the adjudicator has to hunt for other clues, or send email to find 
out what section was being entered.
