[UK-CONTEST] Re decline in 2M contest activity

Hi Cris, Ray et al

I personally agree with the banning of chat room / self spotting and 
pre-arranging of QSO's during VHF contests. During the 2M CC's which 
really should be
a fun competitive contest for clubs, I have seen a certain well sited 
high power station in eastern england  using  skeds on ON4KST to win at 
all costs, surely this is not what its all about?
Since the rule change the same stations are taking the top positions, so 
in the end the bending of the rules was to no effect.
