Hi Callum, Ian & Pete

There was a thread on UK-Contest on this very subject a few months ago. The consensus was that LCD TVs are better wrt RFI. I have a 32" Sony Bravia that creates no perceptable noise with an BigIR & elevated radials within 10m of the screen. No TVI either with 400W, though I think that must be helped enormously by our TV feed being buried fibre optics.

I have a Panasonic plasma TV and the same problems. It has to be switched off to enable me to hear anything on the LF bands. Good job I have an understanding XYL !
Mine is about 4-5 years old so I'm thinking of replacing it.
Is there anyone out there who know about or has a large plasma or LCD TV that they know is RFI free??
