The QRM that I experienced was deliberate and I am certain it was not
commercial. It was simply a taunt - they sent back "QRL" and "TEST" whenever
I was listening. It sounds like whoever they are, went around to annoy a few
others - probably because in their eyes, we were annoying them! However, I
don't expect to lose any sleep over it!!

Remember though that 80m is a shared band and there are loads of funny
commercial transmissions around - the slow CW random letter station
around 3530 for instance. We need to be very careful before making
accusations.
Did not notice anything myself here, but I was S and P the whole time.
