I prefer Peter's interpretation - it adds to the challange, there's no
doubt that running both bands simultaneously, requires a bit more effort
but nothing like that required for a signifcant VHF NFD entry. There's
also the other issue of VHF NFD being predominantly a microwave contest
in europe so their contest groups are already stretched thin up to 76
GHz so I think this is why VHF NFD always seems a bit thin on european
activity on 4 and 6m.
