I accept that the 6% figure is not necessarily accurate but I think that 
groups would have to use
many different callsigns to make a significant difference to the 
argument and that ignores the majority single op.
fixed stations who always use the same callsign. I think that there may 
be a considerable proportion of these who for one reason or another 
aren't active on both bands.
