[UK-CONTEST] 144mhz afs

Hi

Is it right I don't need to be a member of a society to enter 144 AFS?  >From the rules:  "This is an Affiliated Societies contest and is open to both individual entrants (who must be RSGB members)"    (My local club won't let me join unless I come along on a week night and I'm usually tied up at the moment :-(


It seems that at the moment I have no work for Sunday so there's a good chance I'll get on for this,   I may try my new tactic of running for longer and as I'm told it can be pretty busy and noisy above 144200 down south you may well find me sitting below .200 where hopefully it will be quiet enough to be heard!   So don't forget to look north and twiddle the dial a bit further than usual :-)
