[UK-CONTEST] Tower Weather Monitoring Ideas

Hi I find a site called xcweather to be very good indeed. It gives wind,  
temp etc for many locations in UK and EU. Most place's of observation for  UK 
are either RAF or Civil airfields. I am myself well aware most are  located 
out in the open so you get a pretty good idea of the true wind! As for  
observing wind on top of your tower. If its that bad I for one luff my tower  
over into the garden!
