[UK-CONTEST] Contest idea "Last 2"

I've had this idea for a while now to encourage activity on 2M, throughout the year, as opposed to just one evening a week or weekends. 

The idea is you get 3 points for every new "last 2" you work, i.e. the suffix of the locator square, and 1 point for any duplicates. Every contact scores. For instance JO01FO would give you FO, and IO90IR would net IR, and so on. There are 576 possible from AA to XX, so getting duplicates would be fairly rare, and some may have no activity at all normally, but would be easy to activate. 

Generally stations swap locators as part of a normal exchange outside of contests, so you wouldn't be asking for anything extra, and most initial contacts would be likely to net you a new one, and for a regular contact you still get a point. It has the benefit of being geographically neutral, as a contact in the next town is as valuable as one 1000km away. Additionally it is not so power/location dependant for scoring well, rather contact dependant.
