[UK-CONTEST] Contest idea "Last 2"

Hi Dave,

Ok it needs a bit of tweaking, like duplicate stations don't count, but
duplicate "last 2" count 1 pt i.e. from another station, this would stop
abuse.

UKAC is reasonable as it is, we need to find another way of generating
activity long term, throughout the week. So far I've only had negative
comments, which is ok if something else is offered.

As I don't seem to have you in my logs for UKAC, is there a reason for this.
Is Tuesday difficult time wise, or what? It would be interesting to find out
why people don't come on 144 or other UKAC's.
