[UK-CONTEST] RAEM contest

The most important bit is which characters you speed up!  Test should be 
sent at 60wpm! Your callsign speed should be increased during long 
periods of no QSOs resulting to give the impression that you are busy 
and to deter QRSers from actually calling you! ;-)
