[UK-CONTEST] RAEM contest

Just offering some timely advice based on recent observations Peter! I 
was listening to an EA station in the ARRL 10m Contest a few weeks ago, 
no QSOs but lots of speeded up CQs. Totally illogical. Also last weekend 
RG3K was test at a really silly rate. My guess was at about 60wpm. So 
you had to concebtrate on that to find out what info he was trying to 
impart to us before you could call him. Very weird!
