[UK-CONTEST] IRTS 80m Counties Contest

The IRTS 80 Metre Counties Contest takes place from 1400
to 1659 UTC on New Years Day - Friday 1st January.  There
are CW, SSB and Mixed sections - for EI/GI, and for entrants
outside EI/GI.

 UK entrants (not GI) - use the "IRTS County, DX" template.

Work EI/GI only.  Exchange Serials, EI/GI add their
3-character County Codes (mults - maximum 32).

Use SDCHECK to prepare your Cabrillo .LOG file, and send
it contestmanager at irts.ie.
