[UK-CONTEST] CC Rules

Before anyone else comments I have now read the rules of CC! As I only came
on to give a few points away and not to enter the event running the
amplifier (only a pair of 4CX250B's no 2.5 kW here) was optional except that
if I run 400W after dark I turn my neighbour's PIR lights on (2 houses
away!), I can't imagine what 2.5kW would do.
