I no longer see RST as being useful in contests. Even in normal DXing 
with a huge pile up how many give anything other than 59(9)? Very very 
few. I have never heard a T report less than 9.

If RST is kept then on CW we should get rid of the T and replace it with 
bandwidth occupied. In the last CQ WW 160 CW contest a G3 station had a 
huge occupied bandwidth due to the key clicks he was generating. If he 
had received lots of "you are very wide" reports may be he would have 
got used a standby rig or fixed his rig for the next contest. This guy's 
signal width was so exceptional that it attracted comments on KST.
