Very good article in the latest QST on this topic - its already in the
public domain but appears to be hidden. ie Mobile Telephone sites are often
considered bad but HF is not!
A course I did many years ago in miliatry radiation safety started with "ALL
Radiation has an effect - its the power, freq and distance that is
important"
