I think that you will find this is a wind up. Its in the CDXC Digest under "NOT the GB2RS News" note the word NOT, its just a fun thing that they do to have a laugh with.

Hi

I just came across some info that England will be divided into call areas
(US Style) and that M prefix will be abandoned etc.etc.
I just thought if anyone got any further info?

PS: I like the confudion it will cause in SCP ;)
