I believe AFS is licence limited to 26dBW (400W) whereas CC80 is limited to
20dBW (100W) by the rules.

You know, I could have sworn this was limited to 100W :-(
I could have added 20 more (my K3 goes to 120, even though it's billed  
as 100W) and that might have pulled a couple up that I could hear but  
they couldn't hear me.
