[UK-CONTEST] 80m CC SSB January 2009 - Logs Received

Thanks James
It's a common mistake when sending in logs to miss out the section either 
LOW or QRP in the Cabrillo file.
At least 20 logs were received without that information and they are all 
placed in the LOW category.
