FWIW
There is an ex - Russian military tactical jamming amplifier, rated at 9Kw output. Whole thing (inc ATU....!!!) is the size of a larder fridge. Apparently they were built to be used in lightly armoured and soft skinned vehicles, with NVIS loops. Towing a suitable generator of course.
Obviously the former Warsaw Pact had little or no regard for its troops, as 9Kw of RF going off above your head in an NVIS loop wouldn't be pleasent.
Oddly enough a dealer in former Warsaw Pact military hardware, based in Italy, had a large number of these things that came out of Bosnia and the former Yugoslavia a few years ago. He obviously knew his own market well.

And at a mere 24,800 Euro I see that it is unsold with 0 bids.
It would be an ideal addition to any M3s station as it would work
beautifully with the FT817, 5watts in 0.75KW out...
