The policing does come from the top, and we on the Contest Committee take
this very seriously. No one would expect you to prove who did what to whom.
But, for heavens sake, if you can save us some effort by sending in what you
have noted, we can then press on with investigations. Why leave it entirely
to the Committee members, who will also have hundreds of logs to adjudicate?
