[UK-CONTEST] VHF-NFD Fixed stations

Bonkers indeed Nigel - I heard you on 6m backscatter saturday evening 
while the Amp was warming up - by the time 
it was ready you had gone - pity cos would have liked to have worked 
you on yet another band ):
As for the contest though the contact would have been invalid cos we 
would both have had to be S&P - despite both of us having much lesser 
well sighted stations than a Portable !!

Why not just have a separate listing for fixed stations?  
How is S&P only for Fixed stations going to encourage anyone? - 
activity breeds activity.

Please drop this aspect of the rules for next year; otherwise, like 
Andy GM8OEG, I just won't bother - and if I do switch the rig on, it 
will be for those portables QRV on CW only!
