[UK-CONTEST] Cut Numbers

Most of us should certainly be accustomed to cut 9's and 0's and I 
guess we all use them. It is the other cut numbers which causes 
confusion - E for 5,U for 2 and the like. Fortunately I heard none of 
these this weekend in WPX, but D4C/D44C who always seem to be in Zone 
VV (or was it 44?) were noticeably absent this time.

Of course when sending eg a serial of 599 you should keep the cut 
numbers to the report and not the serial - 5NN 599. At least WPX keeps 
you on your toes copying all those huge serials correct first time, 
much more fun than a simple 5NNA4 which your logger has already entered 
for you...
