Ah - an old stomping ground of Billericay Dickie's. Apparently he found a
'nice bit of posh in Burnham on Crouch'....

Plenty of salt marsh round there? We're setting up on a salt marsh on the
north coast of Anglesey, providing our club nautical types have read the
tide tables correctly that is..
