[UK-CONTEST] VHF NFD

It's only 3 weeks now until VHF NFD, so just a reminder that if you are
going out portable and wish to be eligible for awards you need to register
before the 26th June.

Registering is particularly beneficial this year as you will then be more
attractive to entrants in the sweepers section, a new section introduced
