[UK-CONTEST] RadCom

Earlier today I agreed with Elaine Richards, the editor of RadCom, that I 
would take over the Sport Radio column from Tim, G4VXE, who notifed everyone 
a month or so ago that he would be hanging up his keyboard.

If any of you have ideas for how the column could be developed or something 
you think should be included, please say. What I would like to do is include 
a mini feature each month, focusing on an individual person or group. If 
you're up for it, please say!
