Ray,
Is there a reason why you're not allowed to enter if you turn the wick down a bit and keep the amp at 100W? Or is there something that says that if you have an amp capable of doing more than the contest permitted limit you're not allowed to enter because technically you could have cheated because you've got the capability (it does seem that we aren't trusted not to cheat vis-a-vis the way we aren't allowed to use on4kst)?
I had intended to enter the sweepers section (time and other commitments permitting (both of which are b***s and don't give me much slack at the mo :-)), it's not difficult to keep the 2M amp down to 100W and its possible on my 6M one too.
OK, I know it's not ideal but there's only 1 S point between 100W and 400W (no-one uses more than 400W in the UK do they?.......)
