devices, and doing a solo entry. Could actually be SO3R !

I would like to encourage all non-VHFNFD stations to come on during the
contest whether or not they are proposing to enter the "sweeper" section.

Please look out for G3SDC/P DeMontfort University ARS on 1296 432 70 and 50.


My understanding is that we can use KST on 1296 but not below.
