I was about to comment that amateur radio does not, as yet, have random
drugs tests either - but contest aren't really a sport are they? I would
be very surprised if any larger UK contest stations keep to the legal
limit anyway - cue screams of denial. That being said, it does appear
that very high power (5KW+) is becoming more common that it once was. A
quick search on the internet showed several very high power stations in
Europe.
