Hi

Petr M0WTF joined me for part time fun part time working weekend.
We did about 20hrs of listening and running and managed about 1050 Qs.
Highlight was to work ZL7T on 80m ssb, heard them briefly on 160m SSB!!
Before I managed to put few calls packet spot killed quiet QRG. One Italian
kept calling
And when I asked him if he can actually hear them, he wasn't even hearing me
(or was pretending)

Highlight no.2 was when I worked VY2ZM on 40m, he got called by bloke as
UT2?? Cant remember, and send him 59 5K.
Jeff asked him if he was running 5000 Watts and bloke said, roger roger, you
are 59 5K.

I quite liked that. Considering he was S5.
Congrats to those being able to stick with it for full length. We were just
too tired for that. (I was "up" since Wednesday night and
Slept till Sunday only for 14 hours total.
Considering BIG signals, I got good felling from friendly behaviour of
TM6M's 160m crew. They had some serious problem with voice keyer
And were very wide and killed run on 160m when landing 2k away. I kindly
asked them to move and pointed to problem. They said sorry, moved and asked
me if I can check their signal in two minutes which I did. They even knew my
name (considering my Nun can't remember it for 30 years) hihi.

BTW: Anyone heard signal from IR4M?

This was a part-time effort, concentrating on 20m which as Don says, was a
zoo. The shack is next to the bedroom so overnight phone operation is
problematic, and I don't really feel as competitive from this station on
phone compared with CW. Got up 5am Saturday and 6am Sunday, to catch the
best of topband and 80m.

Highlight was working the Labrador mult on 20 - I think this is a first for
me - but I missed Wyoming. 20m faded right out about 19:30 on Sunday, but
came back strongly an hour or so later and I had some good runs, eventually
killed by CS2C landing about 1kHz LF of me.

FT1000MP + Ten-Tec Centurion, 160m shunt fed tower, 80m delta loop, 40m four
square, 20m 4el Uda up 72ft, 15m 4el Uda up 82ft. Wintest 3.24
