[UK-CONTEST] Moving bonuses

If its within the rules its OK with me.

I would like to thank one leading UK entrant who did just that with a 
juicy multiplier that I was waiting to work on 20m;
I followed them to the 40m sked frequency, worked him for a new one 
then took him back to 20m for another bonus.

There were 4 other times when I 'lost' the chance to work a new one 
because someone had got there first and took him elsewhere - all part 
of the game and only myself to blame for not being quicker off the mark 
(the gotaways usually return to the original run band eventually).

And commiserations to 6Y8XF - how ironic that when he did have air 
time he was confused with being in a country that would double the 
Commonwealth population if it were a member! (well done Nigel on your 
great effort).
