As the operator of one of the Canadian HQ stations, I have to agree. It does
seem logical for the UK to be able to field a HQ station for each prefix
region just as we, and other countries, are.

I would also like to put forward a proposal to allow a country's HQ stations
to form a team or teams in order to compete amongst themselves. More
internal competition might be fun.
