[UK-CONTEST] Russian 40 meter allocation

Further to my previous posting I had an email from Mike UA9CIR where he confirmed that Russian stations have had 7.100-7.200 for over a year now.
The problem seems to be that in Asian Russia in particular the BC QRM makes that segment just about unusable.
It might just be worth looking above 7.1 for Russians this weekend in WPX though.
However what are the odds that the BC stations will QSY immediately ?
