Sounds like a Tonna from your description.
In view of your preference to use one of the light weight rotators then I would suggest a single 44el Wimo or smaller M2 would suffice very adequately.
I use a box of 4x 44el Wimo's but there again, I don't use a TV rotator.
The beamwidth of a single 44el is narrow but not as sharp as the longer variants and is therefore probably more suitable for contesting and general DX'ing from your central location. Boom length is 3m.
