Sure - re-visiting those rules (actually it was 1998) might be a start.....


"General rules and rule S5 apply unless superseded here.
Modes: All mode
Sections: SF,.SO & M
Exchange: RS(T), Serial no starting at 001 in each session, IARU
locator, Postcode district.
Scoring: QSO with UK station: 5 points. QSO with non-UK station: 1
point. No distance points.
Multipliers: Total postcode districts worked. The rules for postcode
district multipliers are as per the general rules. There are no
country multipliers and no locator square multipliers.
Overall tabulation: As general rule S5 – submit logs for all the
sessions you operate in, your best 3 sessions from 4 compared with the
other entries will count.
Awards: Certificates for leading station and runner up in each
section, and for the leading station from each UK country in each
section. "
