I'd also like to know as well.
The ON4KST system is primarily an aid to communication for those whose interests are to be found within terrestrial and non-terrestrial (EME) operation on VHF, UHF and the Microwaves bands where experimenting on particular paths, be they via tropo scatter, meteor scatter, aircraft scatter, E's, aurora, rain scatter etc are commonplace, not HF.
There has been a lot of uninformed nonsense written here. Not helped by the Contest Committee's continued unproven claim of UK abuse or the current VHF Manager's "telephone" comments.

Some of the attributes of using ON4KST:

Announce to all users, everyone can see what is written
Talk to another user but every can see what is written
Talk review per callsign
Name and locator displayed
Precise Distance and Bearing shown when click on locator
Reciprocal Bearing indicator
Callsign alarm
Locator square alarm
User login alarm
User locator login alarm
DXcluster VHF+ spots
DXcluster Announce
DX History (last 24 hours)
DX Information (links)
Live DX map
Historical DX map
Ionospheric data
Meteor Scatter procedures
Search callsign by QRZ, Buckmaster, MMMonVHF, ON4KST
Search locator by MMMonVHF, ON4KST
Solar and Earth indices
EA & Asia TV list, frequencies, locators, ERP.
User list (current or last 24 hours)
Web DXC spot
Web DXC announce

No wonder it's an award winner.
