Surely Stewart the point is that use of KST amounts to self-spotting.
It's generally (universally?) accepted that self-spotting on the cluster
is a no-no. However scrupulous you are in ensuring that the exchange is
done entirely over radio, the very use of KST allows you to announce
your callsign and frequency and even which way you're beaming. Looks
like self-spotting to me!
