Hello Brian,
Interesting points. First, I remind you that I'm only an International 
Advisor to CQWW Committee for UK liaison, not a full Committee member. 
Second, let's not forget that CQWW disqualifications occur every year, but 
without fanfares. With new checking software these will increase. QRX.

Not an easy area to police, Brian, as the RA3CO case shows. It consumed much 
Committee time.
