[UK-CONTEST] Rotator Set-up

The questioner asked about how to set the pots up, not where to find a user
manual.

A service manual might cut it - or someone who has invented out of pure
brute force thinking, a system for doing this in the comfort of their shack.

I have same issue with a G400. I also want to know what's the best way of
setting up the pot once it up once pulled apart. It's a calibration issue
and the knowledge regarding how to achieve calibration.

Has anyone here pulled one of these apart and re-assembled one?

A little OT but relevant to me for this coming weekend's contest. Does
anyone know how to set up a Yaesu G-250 rotator? I am referring of course to
the various potentiometers all of which, on mine, are clearly out of sync.
