[UK-CONTEST] Key Clicks.

Hi Alex
It all depends on the receiver bandwidth. If a CW signal is 20kHz wide
and received at its "centre" frequency with a receiver bandwidth of
500Hz, the demodulated signal will have a rise time of 1/500 sec or 2ms.
Then the clicks will not be observed, hence T9.
The clicks become apparent as the receiver is tuned off frequency and if
the receiver bandwidth is increased.

Is a signal with clicks a "T9" signal?
