Alex - I was pleasantly surprised at the many private e-mails I received in
response to my mail that started the 'Key Clicks' thread yesterday.
Operators genuinely want to understand if there is a problem with their
rigs, and if so do something about it. I was really pleased to see Paul's
initiative in last night's sprint and believe his mails will be well
received.
Thank you Paul for taking the time to do this.
