[UK-CONTEST] 144 MHz Trophy

A reminder that this contest takes place this weekend, September 5th/6th,
from 14:00 GMT on Saturday until 14:00 GMT on Sunday.  As well as the 24
hour sections, there are 6 hours sections for both single operator fixed
stations and multi operator and/or portable stations.  Full details are at
<blocked::http://www.vhfcc.org/> www.vhfcc.org .  The contest runs alongside
the IARU event so expect lots of European activity, and read rule 4i
regarding the use of the Cluster and Spotting networks in this event.
 
The final 144MHz backpackers runs from 1100 to 1500 GMT on the Sunday so
expect a surge of UK activity at this time.
