[UK-CONTEST] portable mast questions

Hi Folks,

I need to get some basic metalwork done - e.g. a sleeve turning so that 
a rotator fits a 3 1/2 inch pole that I want to use for my portable 
mast. I have had a go at this, but am rubbish at it! I have approached a 
couple of local firms and the cheapest quoted me over £100 + VAT for the 
job even when I supply the metal stock, which I think is excessive. Can 
anyone recommend a company/someone to do the job?
