Hello UK-Contest,
PVRC, Potomac Valley Radio Club, near Washington DC, has established a series of webinars (web seminars). One of the early ones is a run through about WRTC-2010 to be held near Moscow, Russia, next July. This is presented by Harry, RA3AUU and includes live Google Earth shots, PowerPoint pictures and audio commentary. The audience interacts with questions afterwards. This is a 30-minute show which describes the WRTC preparations. It has been archived at:
