[UK-CONTEST] Deliberately Corrupting call signs

One of my pet hates is giving part calls! I have found that when I was at  
the DX end of a pile up, part calls are a pain! Why? Simple if the station  
giving a part call is loud, then you would be able to get the full  call 
first time.If you only give part of your call you need a 2nd over  to get 
across the full call.
 
More to the point I would assume its also  against the UK licence to only 
give part of your call!
